Access to Services Open Day

The Access to Services Open Day is an event that provides a one-stop-shop for members of the local community who are in dire need of services but face obstacles such as lack of knowledge, access to the internet or a computer, language barriers, fear of sharing personal information, or inability to travel.

The event offers a central hub in the community where people can access information, get direct answers to their questions, use facilities such as computers, and receive help from volunteers to fill out documents. It serves as a direct solution to these issues and provides a chance to meet and interact with regular local people whom they know and trust.
