We are excited to announce that Trinity College Centre will be launching free evening fitness classes for everyone. The offerings will include Yoga, Dance Fitness, Table Tennis sessions, and Chair Exercise Classes. These sessions will begin in the new year, and they will be midweek classes for all community members. For more information click the button bellow

We cover Taekwon-Do fundamentals in our patterns and sparring, as well as working on self-defence and destruction (board breaking) for juniors and seniors.

London Senior Social, a community group that support older people living in Southwark to improve the quality of their life.

We achieved this by providing, fun therapeutic activities, freshly cooked culturally sensitive meals, wheelchair-accessible transports and opportunities to meet and make new friends

The Men's Health Group has done incredible work for our community of men from BAME backgrounds, providing tailored advice and resources to improve their physical and mental well-being. Through their ten-week course, multiple groups have empowered local men to build better self-esteem and take proactive steps toward improving their health.

At Southwark we aim to give young people an experience that will help them grow into the person they want to be in a safe and friendly environment. Through various activities and adventures, we learn teamwork, respect, loyalty, self-confidence, commitment, self-discipline, honesty and how to be the best version of ourselves.
